There is no need to know exactly what to ask. Start with a call or a short care request and the team will gently explain the options.

A family story born from love
When retired NSW Ambulance paramedic Craig Mitchell lost his little dog and best friend, Suzie, he wanted the certainty of keeping her ashes with him forever.
After discovering that individual pet cremation was not available, Craig commissioned Australia's first dedicated pet crematorium for the individual cremation of pets in 1989.
“Every member of our team understands the heartbreak of losing a beloved pet. That experience shapes the care we give every family.”
